Our Coaching Committee, led by Senior team manager Stephen Morgan, have worked to put together a Young Player Pathway to map out a clear path for players all the way from nursery to adult football.

This plan will play an important part in developing young players on and off the pitch, and ensuring a bright future for our club. We would encourage all members to read the document below, particularly members with children involved at all underage levels. Please also feel free to share this with any parents who may be looking for a club for their own children to get involved with.

The Curraha GAA Club strive to create an atmosphere for young players of all abilities to reach their full potential. We do this by providing a player-centric platform to develop their creativity, decision making process and technical skill.

The Curraha GAA Club provide a blueprint for the process at every level that each player will incorporate to succeed in accomplishing their Gaelic Football goals. As the players are nurtured through the development stages of the sports, they will have the opportunity to develop character, resilience, humility and confidence as well as respect and a sense of pride that they will carry into adulthood.

It is our Coaches intention of ensuring each player can reach their full potential by implementing our young player pathway we hope to create the environment that all our young players PLAY and STAY with Curraha GAA Club, not only for their playing careers but throughout their lives.
