Curraha suffered their second defeat in the Feis Cup when losing out to Wolfe Tones by five points on Saturday afternoon. Playing with the aid of a strong wind Wolfe Tones dominated the first half and held a twelve point advantage at half time on a score line of 3 – 5 to 0 – 2. Sean Keogh and Conor Moriarty scored Curraha’s points from placed balls.

In a much improved second half display Curraha outscored the County Champions by 1 – 7 to 3 points and but for a few missed opportunities the final margin could have been a lot closer.
